Managing your Helix Pay account is straightforward. You have the ability to make changes to your account information as needed.
Login Details
- Email and Password: Change your email and password at any time to keep your account secure. Passwords have minimum strength requirements. We suggest that you use a password manager to generate a strong random password specifically for Helix Pay.
- Receipt Information: Manage the information displayed on receipts shared with your customers.
Legal Changes
In the event of changes to the legal structure or ownership of your business, please contact us at legal@helixpay.com. We will assist you in updating your details accordingly.
As a regulated payments institution, it's important for us to maintain accurate records of our business relationships. Under our general terms and conditions, you are obligated to inform us of any changes to your business's legal structure or ownership. This enables us to ensure compliance and continue offering our services effectively.
Closing your Account
As Helix Pay does not lock you into long agreements there is no need to close your account. It will remain dormant until you choose to use it again. If you wish to delete your account please contact support who will be happy to assist.
