You take care of the hustle, and we'll handle the payments. Helix Pay develops point of sale and remote payment solutions for businesses of all sizes, as well as various business management tools designed to simplify your life.

Before you can begin using Helix Pay’s products, you need to create an account with us. To do so, you'll need to provide details about yourself and the business you represent. You can do this by visiting the Merchant sign-up page. Once you've signed up and your account is approved, you can start accepting payments right away using payment links and other remote payment methods. You can also take payments in person using hardware from the online shop.

Most accounts are up and running quickly, however, as a regulated payments institution, we need to ensure we know who we're doing business with. If we require additional information to confirm your identity a member of our support team will contact you via the email address you used during sign-up.
